LLC Cart ("LLC Cart", "we", "us", "our") operates the website llccart.com and provides online business filing services, including US LLC formation support and ITIN application preparation, mainly for founders and individuals outside the United States.

Important: LLC Cart is a document preparation and filing service. We are not a law firm or tax advisor and do not provide legal or tax advice.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, country and mailing address.
  • Business details: proposed LLC name, state of formation, business purpose, member and manager names, ownership percentages and business address.
  • Identity and tax details: date of birth, country of citizenship, passport details and copies, tax identification numbers and other information needed for an LLC, EIN or ITIN filing.
  • Payment details: order and billing information. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, consultation bookings and any information you share on calls or by email.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, language and operating system.
  • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring website and time spent on pages.
  • Cookie and similar technology data (see Section 6).

Information from third parties

We may receive information from payment processors, scheduling tools, state agencies, the IRS, our registered agent and certified acceptance agents when it relates to your order.

ITIN applications require copies of identity documents such as your passport. We treat these as sensitive information. We:

  • collect them only for your ITIN, EIN or LLC filing;
  • limit access to team members and partners who need them to complete your order;
  • share them only with your certified acceptance agent and the IRS as part of your application; and
  • delete or securely archive them according to Section 7.

Please send identity documents only through the secure form or channel we provide, never by regular email or chat.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep our website working, remember your preferences, measure traffic and improve our marketing. These include:

  • Essential cookies for site functions and security.
  • Analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful.
  • Marketing cookies to measure and improve our advertising, where used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. Our website may also load fonts and embedded tools, such as Google Fonts and Calendly, which may collect technical data like your IP address.

7. How long we keep data

  • Order and filing records are kept for as long as needed to support your LLC or ITIN and to meet legal record-keeping duties.
  • Identity document copies are kept only as long as needed to complete your application and any related follow-up, then deleted or securely archived.
  • Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 10). Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and secure payment processing. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong passwords and keep your account details private.

If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires.

Our services are based in the United States and our customers are located worldwide. Your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Marketing emails

Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contact us to opt out. You will still receive essential service messages about your orders.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the time required by law.

11. Children's privacy

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to third-party sites, such as government agencies or payment pages. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information.
